Customer Service Announcement - Delays with mail deliveries

We would like to inform our customers that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have observed delays with postal services worldwide. Please be aware of these possible delays before sending in samples and placing new orders.

 

 

Please note the following:

  • Due to the possibility of sample shipment delays, at this time, we do not recommend you send in blood samples for analysis if buccal swabs are available to you as an alternative
  • We will send you an automatic notification by email when your sample is received
  • New sample collection kit orders are sent to our customers within one week after the purchase
  • In-person pick up of sample collection kits from our laboratory is currently not possible
  • Turnaround time for results is 4-6 weeks from when we have received your sample
