Starting now, all breeder kits shipped outside the UK will be sent and returned via UPS, a global leader in reliable, fast, and secure logistics.
This change means quicker delivery times, enhanced tracking, and specialised handling of your valuable samples through UPS Healthcare’s expert services. UK customers will continue to receive outbound kits via Royal Mail 1st Class but will benefit from UPS’s trusted return service.

Important:
Only one return label per order. Please return all samples together. If you ship separately, you’ll need to cover extra return costs.
